Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Confirmation: Sessions can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent with the session details. 2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be accommodated. 3. No Refund Policy: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. This policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of both the clients and the service provider. In exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the service provider, a credit for a future session may be issued. 4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No-shows will not receive a refund or a credit for future sessions. 5. Session Conduct: Sessions are designed to be safe, respectful, and non-judgmental spaces. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund. 6. Health and Safety: If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your session. Our sessions may include physical activities such as walking or light exercises; please inform us of any health concerns prior to your session.
